Saved from sinking ship: Dramatic rescue caught on tape in China

11 people are missing after a barge capsized in rough seas off China's north-east coast. This is CCTV footage of the rescue efforts. A helicopter was sent to the scene and found three survivors who'd scrambled onto the hull of the overturned ship.
