Small Business Jobs Report: Hiring Freeze Continued in September

While the overall jobs picture is better than it was in 2009 at the height of the recession, small business hiring is still struggling to find solid footing in the recovery. That’s the takeaway from the latest NFIB Small Business Economic Trends Survey.
