Chimichurri Sauce Recipe (great on steaks)

This South American sauce is the perfect accompaniment to a great tasting steak!<br /><br />1 -1½ cups cilantro or flat leaf parsley<br />1Tbsp fresh oregano, or 1tsp dry<br />2 cloves garlic<br />⅓ cup olive oil<br />¼ tsp red pepper flakes<br />1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)<br />1+ tsp fresh lime juice (optional)
