'No-Fly Plus': Should civilians run from Gaddafi, rebels or NATO?

There are conflicting reports about just how far west rebels have advanced towards the Libyan capital Tripoli. The opposition claims it controls Gaddafi's home town, but reporters say the city is still in government hands. Meanwhile Libyan state TV claims more civilians were killed overnight in coalition strikes in the south of the country.
