NATO takes over Libya no-fly zone

With US officials coming under increasing pressure over their country's role in Libya, NATO has moved to take over enforcement of the no-fly zone.<br /><br />But the US will continue to lead other military operations in the north African country. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Kimberly Halkett has more on the dual command structures emerging in the ongoing military campaign.
