P7 Summer Solstice Maxi Dress How To Video
In honor of the Summer Solstice which happened on June 20th, 2012 I figured I should go ahead and make a Maxi Dress tutorial! I bought a pattern from Joanns to make it easy for you to start sewing immediately. This is Part 7.<br /><br />Supplies:<br />See & Sew Pattern B5632 by Butterick (I paid $2.99 for mine)<br />Approx. 5 yds of Fabric (Preferrably a cotton knit)<br />Thread in matching color<br />Sewing Machine & Needle (also needs zipper foot)<br />tape measure<br />Dress form or yourself<br />Serger<br />14" Zipper in matching color (about $1.99)<br />One hook and eye<br />Fabric scissors<br />2 different color markers (I used green and black)<br />Highlighter (or you can use the brighter marker color)
