Uganda, West Nile: Bednet distribution

The West Nile region, in the north west corner of Uganda, is very badly affected by malaria.<br /><br />All sleeping spaces in 57 villages in Moyo and Yumbe districts will be protected by these 40,000 nets. Approximatley 80,000 people in total will be protected.<br /><br />Extensive malaria education accompanied the distribution of the nets and house-to-house post-distribution hang-up visits should ensure correct usage.
