Britney drives about Beverly Hills, attending errands, and apparently singing in her new Benz at the same time! Finally, she pulls into the Four Seasons Hotel and returns to her suite. We're not sure if her suite is next to Jay-Z's penthouse suite, but we're sure it must be a pretty snazzy crib.
