Brush pork lightly with oil on all sides. Pour seasoning into shallow dish. Roll pork in seasoning to coat all sides. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), turning over halfway through.
