Rep Grayson's meltdown at Perkins

Grayson deliberately disrupts a republican district meeting in which a tea party prepresentation is being given to GOP members. After having a shouting match with Matthew Falconer and being run off by the members, Alan Grayson proceeds to rant from the lobby.
