Micah LaCerte's Bosu Ball Chest Fly

One of my favorite movements is used with dumbbells and a bosu ball. Make sure through the movement you go slow and keep your abs very tight throughout the set. I usually do this around the end of my workout followed by flexing which will get the full pump out. www.hitchfit.com
