RVD vs Tommy Dreamer - IC and Hardcore Titles

Mr Monday Nights is the reigning IC Champion and he is defending against Tommy Dreamer, the reigning Hardcore Champion, whose title is also on the line. They are meeting in a Hardcore Match and this will be a Title Unification match, so if RVD wins he will just be IC Champ and if Dreamer wins he will 'lose' his Hardcore Title - but will become IC Champ.
