He clarified that he had already written five songs for the film and initially refused to write the sixth, as he did not support its tone. However, the director urged him to at least translate the Kannada lyrics into Hindi. After that, he was asked to write fresh lyrics, which he delivered. Alam emphasized his opposition to cheap lyrics, adding that writers and singers are sometimes pressured to create such content for virality.<br />
