Bowing, weeping and chanting, these people mourned their Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei’s death in Iran.<br />Khamenei, who had led Iran since 1989, was killed at his office during a major attack by the United States and Israel, according to Iranian state television.<br />As of 1pm IST, over 200 people died and nearly 750 were injured following the coordinated US Israel airstrikes on Iran on 28 February, the BBC reported.
