I am sore in places l don't remember ever being sore. I honestly don't believe you'll find another lift that fully shortens the entire Erector Spinae chain from the skull to Lumbars. The split stance allows me to really lean into one side of Erectors without over stressing the Sacral area. Get yerself prepared for a big Abdominal stretch as well. 143lb used.
