These donuts are perfect for any occasion or just as a special treat!"<br />✍INGREDIENTS:<br /><br />1. Maida (मैदा) - 1 cup <br />2. Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - ½ cup <br />3. Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)- ½ teaspoon <br />4. Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - ¼ teaspoon <br />5. Namak (नमक) - ½ teaspoon <br />6. Ghee (घी) - 2 tablespoon <br />7. Fresh curd (ताजे दही) - as required <br />8. Chocolate (चॉकलेट)- 2 tablespoon <br />9. Milk (दूध) - 2 tablespoon <br />10. Refined oil (रिफाइंड तेल)- for deep frying <br />11. Colorful gems (रंगीन जेम्स) - for garnish<br /><br /><br />Instructions : <br /><br /><br />1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine 1 cup maida, ½ cup sugar powder, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon namak. Add 2 tablespoons ghee and mix well.<br /><br />2. Add Curd: Gradually mix in fresh curd until a dough forms. Set aside for 30 minutes.<br /><br />3. Prepare Chocolate Paste: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.<br /><br />4. Shape Donuts: After 30 minutes, take out a portion of dough and roll it into a flat circle. Use a steel glass to cut out donut shapes and a small lid to make holes in the center. Repeat to make more donuts.<br /><br />5. Deep Fry Donuts : Heat refined oil in a pan and fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides. Remove and place on a plate.<br /><br />6. Dip in Chocolate : Dip the fried donuts into the prepared chocolate paste or use white chocolate if preferred.<br /><br />7. Garnish : Garnish with colorful gems.<br /><br />8.
