Bexhill Road, A259, has flooded for the second day near to the junction of Filsham Road, St Leonards

The road flooded on February 26 during heavy rain but was clear of water by the morning. Now at lunchtime on February 27 it's flooded again, and there's been no rain today (Feb 27). Video supplied by W.Arts Bexhill, who has their site there called The Compound.
