Moray Eels Hanging Out

Occurred on May 24, 2023 / Lembeh Strait, Sulawesi, Indonesia<br /><br />: A black and blue Ribbon Eel were peeking out of the same hole. Their desperate faces are cute. <br />The black one is a juvenile and the blue one is an adult male.<br />These moray eels are black when born, then become blue males, then yellow females.<br />They do not raise their young. So this is a rare coincidence.
