Short-term rentals creates crunch for long-term residents in Hobart

The conversion of whole homes into Airbnb's in Hobart shows no sign of slowing. In one suburban backstreet, two houses have been turned into visitor accommodation with a third proposed, but neighbours say it's not fair on renters.
