Residents say Chatham needs more investment than richer areas in the county

A Medway Labour and Co-Operative Councillor has written to the Prime Minister, telling him he owes the people of Medway an apology, saying he was wrong to take money from deprived areas to fund richer areas like Tunbridge Wells.
