The controversial solution for county lines gangs proposed by Labour's candidate for the role of Kent Police and Crime Commissioner is to de-criminalise some drugs such as cannabis.<br /><br />Lola Oyewusi thinks they shouldn't be an arrestable offence, but her comments have been criticised by one charity in Dartford, who say the calls fail to address the root problem.
