Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today inaugurated a revamped war memorial in eastern Ladakh's Rezang La. After inaugurating the war memorial Rajnath Singh was seen carrying Brigadier R V Jatar of 13 Kumaon in a wheelchair, Jatar bravely fought in the 1962 Sino-Indian conflict.
