High Climbing Rat Climbs Across Power Line

Occurred on June 23, 2021 / Lytkarino, Russia<br /><br />: "Mom called me to the balcony, she saw something interesting there. I run out onto the balcony and see a rat from another house runs across the wire to our house. We live on the 11th floor, and there are 12 floors in our house.
