UP: Hospitals will treat patients if they bring own oxygen

Hospitals in UP have given up on the lack of oxygen. They are refusing patients to admit without an oxygen cylinder. Relatives of patients are traveling to gas agencies in search of oxygens. But they all seem to be helpless against the failed system. Watch video.
