Rice-Mango Cake | Egg-less Mango Rice Cake Without Oven, Butter Paper, Cream, Condensed Milk, Butter, Curd <br />#Mango_Cake #Rice_Cake <br /> <br />GB <br />INGREDIENTS <br />1cup rice <br />1cup sugar <br />1lt.milk <br />6 Mangos <br />China grass 10grm <br /> <br />PROCESS <br />Boil the milk and add the rice. <br />Cook 15 minutes then add sugar and cook till the milk absorb. <br />Now take a mold and set rice inside the mold. <br />Keep 1 hour in fridge. <br /> <br />Peel of the mangos and cut into slice. <br />Blend the mangos and keep a side. <br />Now in a bowl take some water and wet china grass 5minutes <br />In a pot add 1cup water and boil it and add china grass. <br />Stir it till the grass mix with the water properly. <br />Now the grass water mixes with the mango. <br />Take out the rice from fridge and add mango top of rice. <br />Now keep in fridge for 4 hour.
