This guy proposed to his girlfriend in an out of the world style. He sent a ring into the ozone layer with the help of weather balloons. However, he told his girlfriend that it was a coin and when the balloon burst and landed back, the girl saw the reality. The guy kneeled down on his knees and proposed with the real ring which she said yed to happily.
