North Korea says yesterday's launch of new tactical guided weapons were an armed protest against South Korea's reinforcement of military.<br />According to Pyongyang's state media, the regime's leader Kim Jong Un was there to oversee the launch.<br />Kim said South Korea must stop bringing in new weapons and stop military exercise.<br />
