Ipoh City Council stands by action in shooting of dog

In response to a viral video of a city council enforcement personnel shooting and killing a stray dog, the Ipoh City Council is standing by its action, saying that it has always been consistent in its enforcement efforts on dog ownership, including actions on strays.
