Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti accuses army of murder

Taking on the security forces and the cops in the state Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President and Member Parliament, Ms Mehbooba Mufti said it is a highly unfortunate that security forces didn't differentiate between SEC militants and civilians.
