TCS, Mitsubishi to create IT services company

Tata Consultancy Services and Japan's Mitsubishi Corp has joined hands to establish a Japanese IT services firm. TCS will hold 51% stake in the marged entity that is expected to be operational from July. Mint's Madhura Karnik gives details about revenue expecations
