Nerf Grenade Mod and tutorial

I have put together my interpretation of a Nerf Grenade. It is easy to make but a little expensive, around $50 all in. It uses Green Gas and an airsoft grenade shell for propulsion.\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Items you will need:\r<br>\r<br>-PVC 40 Sched.\r<br>• 2” Coupler\r<br>• 2” slip cap\r<br>• 2” slip cap with 1.5” (threads inside)\r<br>• 1.5” Threaded Cap\r<br>• PVC is from Lowes\r<br>\r<br>-¼” Aluminum rod \r<br>-2 – 1” key rings\r<br>-1 pack of 1/16” x ¾” Cotter Pins\r<br>-1 pack of 3/32” x 1” Cotter Pins\r<br>-3/8” Vinyl tubing \r<br>-Craft foam \r<br>-Spring out of multi pack from Homedepot\r<br>-PVC adhesive (I used Goop E600)\r<br>-Darts (Sadly the add ended but these should work) search on eBay\r<br> 100pcs 7.2cm Blue Foam Darts for Nerf N-strike Elite Series Blasters Toy gun F\r<br>Seller: bestshop755\r<br>-Cord Grip (McMaster-Carr) 69915k51\r<br>\r<br>-Grenade Shell \r<br>\r<br>Tools:\r<br>\r<br>-Drill \r<br>-Drill bits \r<br>• 3/32 for the holes in the timer bar\r<br>• 5/8 (wood holes bit) for the cord grip\r<br>• 15/64 for the dart holes\r<br> \r<br>-Sanding tool to thin aluminum shaft\r<br>-Hot glue gun\r<br>-Measuring tape
