Man arrested for stealing mascot costume, dancing at Hooters

A man was arrested in North Carolina after allegedly stealing the Charlotte Knights' mascot, Homer the Dragon and wearing it out to dance at a Hooters. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) explains.
