Sam Smith went on Instagram to regretfully tell fans he had to cancel some of his Australian tour dates. The singer said he suffered from a small hemorrhage on his vocal chords, and doctors told him to rest until they've fully healed. The singer recently got a tattoo for his fans, and told them he plans on rescheduling the missed dates.
