Bill Simmons on Ray Rice: "He Deserves a Second Chance"

During WWE’s Monday Night Raw, we caught up with ESPN’s Bill Simmons, the Editor-in-Chief for Grantland.com. Simmons is a man who’s never been afraid to speak his mind. He was suspended by ESPN back in September for saying the wrong thing about NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. But Simmons still remains very critical of Goodell.
