Venezuela: Victims of right-wing document the facts

The victims of right-wing opposition violence in Venezuela, known as "guarimbas", that occurred from February-April 2014 have submitted documentation to the Organization of American States and the United Nations as well as to the US and Spanish embassies in Caracas in order to explain what took place.
