Rolf Harris has been branded a hypocrite for making an anti-abuse video called Kids Can Say No! almost 30 years ago. John Cameron from the NSPCC says, "I think it just shows the level of cunning and devious behaviour that he has exhibited over these decades and the total disregard for children's welfare".
