I find an instrumental and accapella version of the song so the music and vocals are seperated on two different tracks. I also get a copy of the video clip. I record my voice and insert all audio tracks in ACID and mix them together. Once the audio track satisfies me, i insert it into Premiere with the video clip and synchronize the audio with the video. I export into a movie and compress the completed project.
