Alex Jackson of Antelope Valley is charged with murder and owner negligence of an animal resulting in death after his four pitbulls attacked and killed 63 year old Pamela Devitt. An LA county spokesman said that Devitt was "dragged 50 yards, scalped, and her arm removed." The dogs were later found with blood on their coats and muzzles.
