British man arrested in France, suspected of murdering his children

The apartment near Lyon were two young children were found, their throats slit. Police have arrested their father, a 48-year-old Brtiish citizen.<br/> <br />Neighbors say he is a driver and is currently out of work.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Sebastien, Neighbour saying (French):<br/> <br />"No one could think he could do such a thing, but that something so dramatic would happenthere, well yes sure. With all of their arguing, and by drinking as much as he did, it wasn't unexpected."<br/> <br />The children, ages five and ten, were discovered by their mother. The couple, while divorced, were still living together and the man was reportedly not willing to move out.
